Welcome to Visitalis! We are a platform dedicated to connecting travelers with carefully selected local partners, offering authentic activities and unforgettable excursions across Morocco. Each partner is verified by Visitalis to ensure you enjoy the best possible experiences, with quality, safety, and authenticity at the heart of everything we do.

Please note that Visitalis does not directly organize or operate the activities listed. We act as your trusted link to passionate, local service providers.

Our mission is to make your journey smooth, safe, and memorable. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and join a community of travelers who value authentic, worry-free adventures.

Visitalis acts as an independent booking platform. The services you book are provided directly by independent third-party service providers (« Partners »), under their sole responsibility. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot control the execution of each service. Thus, Visitalis is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, delays, or changes.
• Accidents, damages, or injuries during the activity.
• Loss of personal belongings.

⚠️ Important: We strongly recommend that all travelers have personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, cancellations, and lost property.

Some activities require a small deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is usually paid directly to the local partner on-site, before or after the activity.

Your booking confirmation email will clearly state:

• Amount of the deposit (if applicable).
• Payment methods accepted.
• Cancellation terms.

Rest assured: Your deposit is protected in case of cancellation under the provider’s terms.

At Visitalis, we believe in clarity and fairness. As we are a booking platform connecting travelers with independent service providers, refund conditions depend primarily on the provider’s own policies.

4.1 Deposit Refunds
If your booking involves a deposit, the deposit is secured by Visitalis until the activity is delivered. If you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded according to the provider’s terms. If the cancellation occurs outside the permitted period or if you no-show without notice, the deposit may be retained by the provider as a cancellation fee. The cancellation window and refund conditions are always communicated at the time of booking.

4.2 Full Activity Payment (On-Site Payments)
If you are paying the full amount directly to the provider on-site, the cancellation terms depend entirely on the service provider. Visitalis assists in communication but cannot guarantee refunds outside of the provider’s policy.

4.3 Cancellation by the Provider
In rare cases where a provider cancels (bad weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc.):

• You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Alternatively, you can reschedule at no extra cost if you prefer.

4.4 Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)
In the case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, political events): Visitalis and its partners will do their best to offer a rescheduling or a partial refund when possible. No automatic refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4.5 Refund Process and Timeline
If a refund is due:

• It will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after confirmation by Visitalis or the provider.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

4.6 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• No-show without prior notice.
• Cancellation after the activity start time.
• Voluntary withdrawal during the service (e.g., leaving an excursion early).

4.7 How to Request a Refund

• Reason for the cancellation.

We will respond within 48 hours.

By booking with Visitalis, you agree to:

• Provide true, up-to-date information.
• Respect the local culture and service providers.
• Use the services for legitimate purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse access to users who abuse the service, violate laws, or act fraudulently.

We only collect personal information necessary for your booking (name, email, phone number). Your information is transmitted exclusively to the service provider responsible for your activity. Visitalis respects your privacy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

All content on the Visitalis website (texts, photos, logos, designs) belongs to Visitalis or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We may update our services or these Terms at any time to better serve you. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continuing to use Visitalis after updates means you accept the new Terms.
